Day 1 - Saturday 30th September

5km test run 

Run 5km today. Remember to record your time and the route you ran. Make a note of how you felt and find your group.

  • Group 1 - 20 - 25min
  • Group 2 - 25 - 30min
  • Group 3 - + 30

If you ran the 5km under 20 - well done, that’s quick! For you to be successful you might need a slightly more specific plan than this one. You are of course welcome to join us - follow group 1’s programme and add a little extra. If you are not used to strength training then following group 1 will improve you.
