Development Session

Training goal: Work on your weaknesses and limitations preventing you from getTING to the next level

Session Duration: 60 minutes

Session Outcome: 20-30 minutes daily movement development session

Ideal for:

Recreational or professional athletes experiencing movement dysfunction during their sport and looking to perform better.

Those experiencing recurrent overuse of particular joint or muscle fatigue during specific movement (does your lower back blow out? do your traps get over fatigued when overhead?)

Those looking to progress their movement as a follow up session from a treatment session for previous pain or injury.

SquatFit

Training goal: A safer, stronger and more efficient Squat

Session Duration: 120 minutes

Session Outcome: full 6-week progressive programme with biomechanical report which includes 2 to 3 training sessions a week.

Ideal for:

Recreational or professional athletes looking to improve their maximal squat strength,

Those interested to increase their efficiency of movement and capacity related to squatting exercises,

Those looking to get rid of pain and to bulletproof their squat.

RedPill Muscle Imbalance

Training goal: Achieve the optimal muscle balance to enhance performance and stay injury free.

Session Duration: 120 minutes

Session Outcome: full 6-week progressive programme with biomechanical report which includes 2 to 3 training sessions a week.

Ideal for:

Recreational or professional athletes looking to improve their Crossfit performance. All movements are covered (Overhead position, gymnastics, pressing, Deadlift, jumping, running, etc. for squatting, please refer to SquatFit),

Those struggling to acquire a skill or a movement despite constant practice.

Those looking to get rid of movement specific pain (e.g shoulder pain when kipping) and to bulletproof their body.
