Being in treatment has a negative feel, we like to work with and help people who are restricted in their life and training goals by either pain or injury. Whatever the injury or symptoms there are always positive constructive steps that can be taken to help you feel better, keep moving and be ‘in training’. Rest or giving up is never the solution.
