Via a biomechanical assessment we fit and adjust the body to ensure optimal presentation while, front, back, over and air squatting. The result of this is a better presentation and reduced risk. SQUATFit has been designed to coach you to squat better and be more economical in your squat patterns. You will be asked to squat using different techniques whilst your body is analysed. The eventual weak points will be identified and we make sure that the right muscles are turning on at the right times. you will RECEIVE a 6-week programme.Our objective is to optimise your effort during different types of squat. The most important element of the squat is the injury prevention side. A good squat is an injury free squat.
