Assessment

RedPill coaches are qualified to assess biomechanical movement. Improve your day to day movement, athletic performance and eliminate pain. Every assessment will come with a corrective programme based on the session results.

Redpill coaches are qualified to perform biomechanical assessments. Learn where your areas of weakness are and how to correct them to improve your day to day movement and athletic performance.

Assessments will last between 60 and 120 mins. You will leave with a corrective programme based on the assessment results.

REDPILL EDUCATION

RedPill 2-day movement assessment seminars will provide delegates with the skills and knowledge needed to perform a whole body biomechanical assessment and the ability to write a corrective programme which improves performance and reduces the risk of injury.

RedPill 12 month mentorship programme is suitable for coaches and therapists who wish to become a RedPill coach licensed to perform RedPill assessments. You will learn biomechanics, energy systems, programme planning and psychology.
