Red Pill focus on good mechanics and continuous improvement of movement efficiency to ensure optimal performance and decrease the risk of injury. They focus on the minutia as well as the big picture, and work to correct the gaps in your performance — like biomechanics, nutrition or psychology — that may be preventing you from recovering from injury or act as the barrier in the way of your goals. 

The company was founded by Phil Mansfield, who has over two decades of experience in athletic coaching and has worked with international athletes across a range of sports such as: CrossFit, Football, Rugby, Cycling and Triathlon. They have also worked with and mentored some of the best coaches in the world and, through their mentorship programme and seminars, have created a network of knowledge sharing and expertise that runs on espresso.
