RPG is RedPill’s signature generic programme that aims to deliver a balanced training plan that takes your movement efficiency and all-round functional fitness to a whole new level.

The team created RPG as they wanted a to create something that develops your all-round functional fitness ability but combines that with RedPill’s signature combination of movement mechanics, and continuous improvement of movement efficiency. Is RPG for me?

RPG is designed for those with at least 1 year's experience of functional fitness, you need to understand the standard list of movements and should be close to having them all in your locker e.g. muscle ups.

Equipment you’ll need:

Rower, Ski Erg, C2 Bike, Assault Bike, Barbell and plates, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medball and wallball target, Pullup bar, Gymnastics Rings, 24/20" Box, Skipping Rope, PVC Pipe.

It’s also nice to have: Rope to climb, Sled/prowler, resistance bands, Sandbag/D-Ball, Ab mat.

How long are the workouts?

There are 1-3 sessions per day, totalling 90-120 minutes, with one weekly light day or rest day

How is the programme delivered?

The RPG is delivered through the Wodify platform, so you can see each session easily on the mobile app, with links to all necessary movement videos, the ability to record your results, calculate your percentages and see how you measure up on the daily leaderboard against other members and the occasional professional athlete!
